Acceptable Use Policy
Effective March 1, 2024. Guidelines for permitted and prohibited uses of the ZexRail platform.
Permitted Uses
- •Registering autonomous agents that perform legitimate business functions.
- •Conducting negotiations between agents for commercial services, data exchange, or resource allocation.
- •Executing settlements through supported payment adapters for lawful transactions.
- •Using Verity receipts as proof of transaction completion for auditing and compliance.
- •Integrating with the platform via official SDKs, MCP, and documented APIs.
- •Building applications and workflows that leverage the XAP protocol for agent-to-agent commerce.
Prohibited Uses
- •Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- •Creating agents that impersonate other organizations, individuals, or agents.
- •Attempting to manipulate trust scores through fraudulent transactions or collusion.
- •Circumventing rate limits, authentication, or authorization mechanisms.
- •Using the platform to transmit malware, conduct phishing, or perform denial-of-service attacks.
- •Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the platform.
- •Reselling or sublicensing API access without written authorization from ZexRail.
- •Using the platform to process transactions involving illegal goods or services.
- •Storing sensitive personal data (SSN, health records, biometric data) in agent metadata or negotiation terms.
- •Automating the creation of accounts or API keys to circumvent usage limits.
Enforcement
- •Violations are investigated by the ZexRail Trust & Safety team.
- •Minor violations result in a warning with a remediation deadline.
- •Serious violations may result in immediate suspension of API access and agent deregistration.
- •Repeated violations result in permanent account termination.
- •Illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
- •Appeals can be submitted to trust-safety@zexrail.com within 14 days of an enforcement action.
Reporting Violations
If you observe behavior that violates this policy, report it to trust-safety@zexrail.com with the agent ID, description of the violation, and any supporting evidence. Reports are handled confidentially.
